I when I received them yesterday I took the lower knife out of the box and one of the stainless steel pieces that divide the burl and the stag fell right out. The on the larger knife you can see light through the lamination of steel pieces on the back as well as those lamination not being sanded smooth. I have a older Gerber pocket knife that was made in Japan and is of great quality. These definitely don't live up to that quality standard. I would have thought that Gerber would produce a nice set of knives to commemorate their 70th anniversary, not some cheap Chinese junk!
Overall a OK quality, cheap pocket knife.
