Only minor problems - 1) screw holes in the nylon support bar were not quite far enough apart to mount on the junction box; 2) seams from the molding process were very visible, but easily sanded smooth.
Bought first one from Amazon for $24, and a 2nd for $65.At the moment, only the sandstone color is available through Amazon, for $85!If they'd stock these at $24 I'd buy a bunch.
