(More customer reviews)I have been in the home and shipbuilding trades for over 35 years. I believe in quality work and will have nothing else if I am able. Sometimes I can not replace an item fully for a long time so in the interim I can make a very good repair with Permanent Sealer on many applications that nothing else seems to work well at.
For example a simple patch for a torn window or door screen.How do you attach a patch over the area (first cut it out square, then cut a patch, then apply this sealer to the edges of the patch and press it on. It sticks permanently and dries clear. Putting something over a broken (low pressure) plastic fitting like the dip tube for bringing water out of a 5 gallon filtered water bottle (I know you don't have one but I do). I apply the sealer and it bridges gaps over 1/4 inch, then dries and sticks, with just the tiniest bit of flexibility but it will not break.
Over and over I turn to this particular 'glue' when I can't find something else that will either stick, bend, fill, or just plain do the job. I would never be without it and I even am buying a spare, and paying the shipping which is more than the sealer! That is crazy and a rip off by the company selling this but what the heck, I can't find it at any local stores since I moved so I have to bite the bullet however sour.
