(More customer reviews)I ordered this LP Detector to replace my original LP detector in my RV.
The original was a flush mount CCI Controls PreTell 22 Model # 7770.2. NOTE: There is a large number of CCI LP detectors failing after 4 or 5 years and the company is out of business now.The MTI LP detector mounts just fine in the hole left by the CCI detector.The MTI is slightly shorter then the CCI LP detector but I was able to mount the MTI in the same space with only a slight gap at one end, not really noticeable as my detector is mounted close to the floor.
The MTI detector seems to work just as designed.As a side note, most of the new RV's seem to be using the MTI LP detector.
