(More customer reviews)I purchased this winch to wind 3/8" cable and the only problem I had was how to anchor the cable to the spool.After using a cable binder, it worked like a dream.I'm using it to support hop bines for beer production, in an area that if it failed, would not cause any damage.So far, so good during the spring thunderstorms and general high tension winds.I expect this winch to last years.

Fulton T Series Hand Winch contains a one-way ratchet, free wheels in off position on T600, T900 and T1100. The Easy to use two-way ratchets bring the rope into either the top of drum or the bottom to hold bow of boat down on T1602 through T1801. Heavy duty frame strengthening cross shaft on T1602 through T1801 maintains ratchet alignment under heavy loads.
